Our wonton recipe has been passed down through five generations. Mr. Tai, founder of Tai Kee Wonton, spent years mastering the craft of making wontons. In 1928, Mr. Tai opened his own shop in Hualien, Taiwan to make and sell wonton soup. His unique skill of creating thin and silky wonton skin made his shop a local favorite. Today we continue to share our traditional Taiwanese wonton soup in Hualien, Taiwan and San Jose, California.
